We will always try to ship USPS Priority mail whenever possible, we've found that USPS priority mail is the quickest and least expensive for shipping. But, we will choose shipping methods based on price and logistics. For simplicity we do not always offer buyer choice on shipping methods. We do not ship to all countries, but only to those countries for which PayPal accepts payment.
Returns: We do our best to accurately describe each of our pieces that we sell. Every piece is accompanied by a photograph, in many cases of the actual item you will receive. All of our items are hand made, and in some cases they are unique, one-of-a-kind items. If you are dis-satisfied with an item you've purchased from us, please notify us using the "Contact us" link on the front page, we will do our best to make you pleased with your item. We must be notified in writing or email of any problems with your order within 5 business days of receiving your item.
Unique items: Some of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind items. These items will be described as such within their description. In each description they will be described as accurately as possible and there will be pictures of the unique items from many angles. Additional pictures of these unique items can and will be provided upon request. Unique items cannot be returned.
We will not falsify export or customs documentation, so do not ask for your merchandise to be marked as "a gift" or for the value to be changed. Such requests for illegal handling will simply be ignored. We will not refund money nor accept returns because you somehow expected us to commit international mail fraud on your behalf.
